Print to PDF-Printer shows empty lines #3856

When printing to an PDF-Printer (FreePDF oder PDFXChange) the resulting PDF-page shows empty lines instead of comments and input lines. Graphics (wxplot2d()) are to small. Same when printing directly to an HP-Laserprinter (HP 2050). Exporting to HTML shows correct layout.
