unable to upload config file #4

when trying to upload this configuration file it says unable to create object from file

Which configuration profile is being referred to?

I have this for the iCloud preferences, in the jps log I get 2019-12-16 10:04:07,901 [DEBUG] [na-exec-468] [DefaultData ] - Error initializing from XML Plist java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: begin -1, end 7, length 0
