How do I use the Disable 32 bit application warning code? #8

I would like to be able to upgrade to macOS 10.14 Mojave, but I don't want to deal with the "not optimized" warnings every 30 days. Can I use this code to disable all those warnings? If so, how do I implement the code (where do I enter it, etc)? Thanks!
