Discrepency between csjs examples and csjs-extractify #2

In all the examples in the main csjs repo all styles are stored in plain js files X-styles.js whereas the examples in this package are X.csjs.js.

It'd be nice to have some consistency so as to not have to rewrite modules when getting to extracting the css into a file for production.
