Viessmann Bridge can't be added. #50

The Viessmann API Bridge cannot be added in 4.0 because it's not listed.

This prevents new installs of the binding from working on 4.0

It seems this is because OpenHAB requests features using openhab-binding-vicare as the binding name instead of "vicare"

Fixed in 4.0.1 pom, Fixed in 4.0.0 by renaming the file in the OpenHAB marketplace.

Workaround if already installed with wrong name is to uninstall + reinstall the binding
