I've found the source code for it is here: https://github.com/ETCExtensions/Edit-This-Cookie

For anyone else, just download the repo as a zip and unarchive the zip file. Then head to chrome://extensions/ in the url bar and click on the Load Unpacked button. Screenshot 2024-10-01 at 15 45 11
