sudo is required for 16.04.2-Ubuntu #88

Hello, I offer to update the installation instruction for 16.04.2-Ubuntu. May be someone will face it too.

It should not be necessary to use sudo for running CMake / make. If it was necessary in your case, you may have cloned the repo to a location on your computer where only root was allowed to write and/or read to/from.
