[x] working on capturing the AA/NNs ids from the molstar nbhd
[x] add a "toggle structure" visibility eye button to the interface panel when it's done

[x] ligand transposition
- [x] complete the ligand prediction datatype with source/target
[ ] export options (what to include? prototype with just residue and chain numbers, include bonds and angles later on)
- [ ] csv
- [ ] mmcif/pdb file (optional)

figure out whether it makes more sense to do in the fend or pipe through to backend (an api call is probably a good thing to have)
