My hack from AMXX only sets timelimit to 0 and resets it when it needs it, with the consequence of breaking map choosers plugins, etc.
Other solution will be to delay agstart to match timelimit tick count (And with this we will avoid editing timelimit plugins, etc).
Other solution would involve reimplemeting teamplay and deathmatch, which would be easy I guess.
