Add a post-build step to package up the box #10

Wouldn't it be grand if the plugin could automatically create a base box for you?

I have the publisher work somewhat there, I need JENKINS-13118 to be resolved to get the right ordering of the publisher so I can run it before the "Archive Artifacts" post-build step

Some of the basic work for this has been completed, need to investigate the recent order work that @kohsukekawa and @cowboyd worked on.
