Wave System #22

As a User I want to have waves so I can progress in through the game

[x] A wave contains a references to possible enemy types
[x] A max amount of enemies per wave can be set
[x] The wave system isn't fully random and wave should be reproducible
[x] (Optional) spawn interval for enemies

(When using random, make sure to use a seed for the reproducibility)
