Unsure Basculegion Ability #1

Basculegion has a contradicting 1st Ability:

If anyone can confirm this, that would be awesome.

(Due to Legends: Arceus not having Abilities they can only be checked using Pokémon HOME)

A different issue in the Referenced Commit where the second Entry Code should be 2, was fixed in bacfc12
