MP1: Migrate Embertone instruments to LoRAM versions #2160

The key difference with the “LoRAM” instruments is that speed responsiveness is turned off. RAM usage is much less intense, and all transitions/portamento speeds are locked to 100%. Besides speed control though, these instruments have the same expressive quality as their “Full” counterparts! Friedlander Vln 1.5 Lo RAM – All CCs No speed control, but otherwise this patch has all features, mods and MIDI CC assignments. Friedlander Vln 1.5 Lo RAM – MW No speed control, and all dynamics/vibrato mappings are set for the modwheel. (We made some specific under-the-hood adjustments to make this work properly.) Friedlander Vln 1.5 Lo RAM– MW+ Exp No speed control and all vibrato elements mapped to the modwheel, and dynamics to the expression pedal (CC# 11)

I do not use speed responsiveness in my algorithms, because they lead to flanger sound. Except for Viola - I use Responsiveness
