I cannot find the wiki for the dataset 'E.coli' Could you tell me the this dataset's usage My computer is the x64 Linux (ubuntu) system Thank you.

http://www.cbcb.umd.edu/software/PBcR/data/selfSampleData.tar.gz I have another tool pbh5tofq5 (https://github.com/ruanjue/smartdenovo/blob/master/Makefile.pbh5) to convert h5 files into fastq format.
