Error correction #236

I'm new to genome assembly and I want to use wtdbg2. However, I was wondering if, as it does not do any error correction, we would have to do it previously? I heard that we should use the error corrector recommended by the software we'll use, so which one do you recommend?

Thanks in advance!

wtdbg2 is designed to handle long noisy reads, needn't error corrector.
