While performing assembly, receiving the error message 'died at ./wtdbg2.pl line 29'.

I have the same problem, in my case it dies at line 28...

While performing assembly in conda environment, this was resolved.

Can you describe the solution in more detail? I assembled it in conda environment and it still gives me the error
