On pythings/webscrapping add on manchetes.py the features who let the user select by number (like [0] - headline) and after select read the news on terminal

On pythings/webscrapping add on manchetes.py the features who let the user select by number (like [0] - headline) and after select read the news on terminal

Changing the single file write very quickly to a "project" with more organization, created a dir named "noticias", inside the new dir is a README.md file, and a "sketch" about the project
