open repo in browser #32

First of all, thank you for this plugin.

I noticed that it supports only macOS, so I decided to add support for Linux/Windows.

Also, I found myself using it a lot to just open a repo in a browser. I've looked into different alternatives for a standalone plugin to do this but they all have different flaws.

Since your plugin already does nice work of getting a repo url, I decided to add it as a feature here(Leadergo)
