Ability to edit compile options without restarting compilepal #121

Describe the solution you'd like Make a button that takes you back to the compile options menu. The back button only seems to allow you to select a game.

Never mind I didn't notice that "CONFIG" was actually a tab. Maybe make it look like a button?
