pack skybox_swapper sky materials #207

adds skybox_swapper sky packing.

also fixes new bug where packing stops if there's a point_servercommand command with no spaces in it

Fixed another bug with official CS:GO material not having a space between the key and value by replacing the regex based parser with a real parser in the vmtPathParser2 function. It will be able to handle all odd cases.

Added nuget package but this will be more robust than using regex and manual parsing everywhere.
