java.net.connectexception connection timed out connect : #137

Please anyone help me...

I am trying to have openfire as a XMPP server and sending request for 
registration through my java application,This runs properly in local in 
environmental infrastructure but on amezone it gives me connection time out

I have attached snapshot.
Waiting for any solution
