Choose models in chat window #118

Unable to change model for chat unless you go into the settings

Describe the solution you'd like

To be able to change the model used within the chat window and not have to go into the settings

Additional context

This is also a feature request for Privy, a fork of Rubberduck https://github.com/srikanth235/privy/discussions/28
