Add syntax highlight for language "twig"

We are using Prism for syntax highlighting (see https://github.com/rubberduck-ai/rubberduck-vscode/blob/main/lib/webview/src/component/DiffView.tsx#L219 ). Can you check if it provides support for twig?

hey @lgrammel thanks for your reply! Assuming this is the Prism you're talking about: https://prismjs.com/ if you scroll down (or search for twig in the page) they do support it :)
