Add icons for different project types in Code Explorer #4295

There are 6 different project types:

StandardExe

The first 4 are VB6, the last 2 are VBA. PE differentiates the project types by using different icons, RD should do the same.

/Aside - AIUI, Standalone is only possible with Office Developer Edition, would make a good Easter egg. :-)

Standlone should use a Thunderduck icon, in tribute to @ThunderFrame's love of all things esoteric. As the only (known) hosts which can create Standalone projects are the long out-of-support Office 2000 Developer Edition and Office XP Developer Edition, it's an exclusive site for an egg.

Icon would need to be 16x16, so I suggest we use the RD icon, colored Thunderduck red.
