Description A clear and concise description of what the bug is. When the Rubberduck start, I receive an exception, run-time error, but after press the Continue button, it is possible to use the program.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Start Rubberduck form Outlook, Excel with press ALT+F11

Thanks for reporting. This has already been fixed since prerelease v2.5.9.6304. A minor release containing the fix will be published soon.
