Wire up parser pipelines

Wires up and starts the parser pipelines to process the initial workspace when the server finishes starting up.

• [x] Adjust DI/IoC to inject parser pipelines and their dependencies
• [x] Adjust workspace & document state management to have actual workspace state in WorkspaceStateManager
• [x] Run parser pipeline to successful completion
• [x] Collects syntax errors
• [x] Collects folding ranges
• [x] Collects document member symbols (modules, members, parameters)
• [ ] Resolves document member symbols
• [ ] Collects hierarchical symbols (statements, instructions, expressions, etc.)
• [ ] Resolves hierarchical symbols
• [ ] Collects semantic tokens
• [ ] Sends workspace/semanticTokens/refresh notifications
