Inspections / "try me" box should list the available/loaded libraries #39

It doesn't work right now, but the inspections / "try me" box is now loading the serialized xml files for a number of commonly used type libraries. The page should list these libraries before they're actually loaded, and perhaps even allow the user to select/deselect them.
