Does not find files #37

After upgrading to the newest version, the "select files" lets me browse my folders, but no videos files actually chow up in the brows window, even though they are there. They are mp4 files, and I can load them with other software. If I drag and drop them onto the program, they don't appear. It does not work with any video files at all.

ReelSteady Joiner doesn't support drag & drop files, can you specify the name of your .mp4 files? Any information you can provide is very helpful.

Oh, interesting - it actually LOOKS like it supports drag and drop with big space with "add your files!" in the middle of it - that's sort of the universal "drag and drop your files here" look :)

Anyways, these are files straight from my GoPro - e.g. GX010003.MP4 But again, it literally finds no MP4 files... the browse window is blank (except for folders). And these are all folders that the previous version found.

I think we are not talking about the same thing hehe, do you mean this?

asd

If not, the other option is that when you browse the folders, the folder that contains the MP4 files does not show them, but it is not an error since you only have to select the folder that contains the MP4 files and ReelSteady Joiner takes care of find those files, sort them, and display them for further processing.

Fwiw...if you rename the files to any other structure than the default gopro filename structure, the app will not find your files. Yes, I had this user problem earlier. lol..

After installing the newest version (first time install), I'm seeing the same thing. Loaded up the microSD from my camera and it doesn't see any files, but they're definitely present with default filenames.

You only need to select the folder where the MP4 files are located, therefore the files do not appear. ReelSteady Joiner scan the folder and find files who can be processed.
