Add default option for aspect ratio to

It's nice that Reloaded 1.1 has the option to use the 4:3 Standard aspect 
ratio, but my phone is fairly low res so the scaling is rough, plus I prefer 
Pixel Aspect ratio anyway.

I know I can choose Pixel Aspect in the in-game menu, but this is 
time-consuming to do for every game. I'd like to see a default option to choose 
between Standard/Pixel Aspect ratio in the main settings.
