Imrpove User Interface and Some other imporvements #186

Hello,

Sorry to write in English (I'd like to write in Russian but I don't know).

I've been testing the program for a while now and today saw that BombusMod is 
getting active again and since it has a googd potential for lots of 
improvements I would like to contribute to this project, I have 7+ experience 
in software User Interface design, Website Design, Client side programming and 
Software2 based plannings and and based on my experience If this program 
changes the Interface that would be much much better, in simple words to make 
it more user friendly and making it simple for users would gain a lot of 
popularity amongst people, I'd like to contribute in this phase of developing 
this program and if that's okay I can would like to join.

Since the older version 0.8 I have been reviewing people for the past year 
using this program and have summed up items that people find annoying or hard 
to work that I write below:

Some simple imporvements would be these:
Instant Improvements:
1- Simple wizard on first run to add (Gmail, Facebook, Jabber aka XMPP)
2- Showing contact picture thumbnail in Roster
3- Hiding lots of options and just showing options that are used more (have 
option for advanced users to show all menu items)
4- Resizing the pictures in file manager before sending (to cost less for user)

Improvements taking some time:
1- Replacing Curent program menu --to-> a nice looking Grid Menu using Icons 
(Using Bigger Icons and little Text, Grid Menu)
2- Adding tabs  for each open chat window instead of changing whole screen

Also I can provide the new User Interface Images if you like.

room and discuss (mainly in Russian, but in English too)
2) Many of your suggestions are already discussed and only need who will write 
code ;-)
