Disk Full 422 Error #570

When trying to create a new run on formr.org I get a 422 Error: Disk full.

As you have may have noticed from the poor performance in recent months, it seems the Goettingen instance on which we were able to make accounts freely available for a while has reached capacity. The DB keeps hiccuping and Cyril has so far not been able to fix it, so he disabled new study creation. Presumably, there will be a new Goettingen server that won't be publicly accessible. We recommend self hosting formr and can assist with this.
