GeoIP & GeoLiteCity are no longer available #45

GeoIP and GeoLiteCity are no longer available using: wget http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz wget http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeoIP.dat.gz

Apparently only GeoLite2 is available officially. Is there anyway to get around this to make DionaeaFR work?

So i tried downloading legacy versions of both from https://mirrors-cdn.liferay.com/geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/ and then continued with the installation until it got to actually running the server. Both python manage.py collectstatic and python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000

Give me the same error of "Error: No module named urls"

Any ideas? Is this related to the GeoIP/GeoLiteCity issue or is this something else?
