Return on Investment

Hi guys,

I'd suggest to add a new field to the crafting result lists, which is the net win relative to the cost - return on investment. For instance,

• if crafting an item costs 10 copper and the net profit is 11, then the RoI would be 10%
• if crafting an item costs 100 copper and the net profit is 105 copper, the RoI would be 5%

This measure would be particularly interesting since today you can only sort items by their absolute margin, which tends to be pretty low compared to their crafting cost.

It's not a complete duplicate of #35 though, because Issue 35 was about profit margins on buy / sell orders not crafting. I think @rubensayshi is working on this though (if I understood him correctly in IRC).
