Item detail api missing field #136

The Item Detail API lost the gw2db external id field in the returned json.

I understand you upgraded to not use gw2db info any more, but it does change the 0.9 api.

Not sure if you wanted to drop this field or not. It broke my app which was still using it. (I'm fixing my app, but I thought I'd report the issue.)

hmm, sorry, I had forgotten that the API contained the gw2db ID.
there's no point in keeping it around though I think since gw2db seems to become more and more outdated and missing a lot of items now :-(
