Please add instant-profit #159

Wouldn't it be usefull to have an overview over the possible profit if you sell something you crafted instantly? I find it very helpful and it shouldn't be to much work.

+1 Right now, i'm calculating it by doing result_item_max_offer_unit_price - crafting_cost - (0.15 * result_item_min_sale_unit_price) But it would be pretty useful, if you had a sortable column for this value in the crafting table.
