Total crafting cost based on buy order price #169

Right now you are calculating the crafting cost if you buy the items right away.

But it would be really beneficial if it could also in a separate calculation show the price if you were to buy all the items using buy orders and the difference in the profit.

It is helpful for example when crafting ascended weapons and you can see the total crafting cost. You can potentially save ~5-10 gold by having some patience using buy orders.

It would also be nice to be able to use the current buy price for instant sales. It's much less profitable, but can also be much faster.
