display offer/sale availability nicely instead of hover/title #9

preferably add lines in the charts,

I tried adding it, but realised that atm all chart Y values are displayed as gold/silver/copper ... placed the code in a branch for now: https://github.com/rubensayshi/gw2spidy/tree/volume

the coolest thing would be to use bars for the volume like this: http://www.highcharts.com/stock/demo/candlestick-and-volume
