extract: move `babylonPlugins` into options #183

@rubenv I think that it is dynamicImport which is missing for us.

But now, maybe it would easier for everyone if we just add this plugin in the list ?

That was where I was going: it probably just makes sense to ship a good set of defaults. Could you submit a PR to add that one?
