I've put most of the queries we have in our system in reports/finalReport/queries.sql
The only thing that still has to be added are the ones from the search.php model. @rubenvanassche do you want to take a look at it?
Regarding all the rest: check it out, edit if you see something bad (like a wrong comment or so). And maybe we need to add our constraints too in the file?
