Match phase

As @rubenvanassche mentioned, perhaps should be add something to know in which phase the match is played?

My suggestion:

• add field phase into match table, which hold enumerators of group stage, 8th finals, quarter-finals, semi-finals, 3rd place final, and final
• add field group which holds either NULL or a number indicating in which group this match is played.
