drop injured row #98

I suggest to drop the injured field in the players table, as this is always NULL and the crawler has not parsed that, nor am I planning to do it so due to the deadline.

I took the liberty of removing the field. All references to it in the code have been removed too.

You forget to also remove records of the injured fields in the players table (thus the data, you just did the schema only). This is now fixed in commit 6de76813c0546e86916c3a3f2d0ea1ea47754047 .
