XHC whb04b-6: manual/auto mode #4

Several pendant actions need the machine to be in manual mode, whereas others need the machine in MDI mode. Requesting the mode to be changed by the xhc hal component does not seem to work reliable. Especially switching from MDI back to manual.

How to reproduce:

  1. home all
  2. press Safe-Z
  3. move jog dial: this should switch on demand to manual mode

For this issue and for learning i have try to add a button for ask MDI manual mode manually for bypass this proble with release from one years ago
