Adding Wi-Fi AP setup

Adding capability to enable the HomeSpan Setup Page so the device can be joined to Wi-Fi. After testing make sure you use the serial monitor to reset Wi-Fi Settings in NVRAM by typing X and Enter

I appreciate the effort here, but there are a number of issues I see.

• There are a number of unnecessary changes to indentation.
• PlatformIO has a method for patching a package, I think that would be better than making a whole branch for the ESP32Can package since it's only a 1 line header include change.
• I'd prefer a single #ifndef SKIP_WIFI_CREDENTIALS, rather than changing all of the wifi variables to defines.
• The printf macro is the preferred way to print stuff, rather than using Serial.print directly.

I'm planning to do some work to add awning support next month, I'll add the WiFi setup stuff then myself.
