AbsoluteTimeFormatter and RelativeTimeFormatter doesn't respect daylight saving time #145

AbsoluteTimeFormatter and RelativeTimeFormatter doesn't respect daylight saving 
time. This is because they use 'getRawOffset()' instead of 'getOffset()'. Will 
provide a fix in a few minutes...
