Define calibration levels on the ObsTAP query page?

I am posting this feature request on behalf of the Rubin Users Committee.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using the Image Search (ObsTAP) option in the Portal, the image Calibration Levels are given as numbers (0, 1, 2, 3, 4) without descriptions.

Describe the solution you'd like Would it be possible to add hover-over descriptions for image calibration levels, or change the numbers to words that describe the calibration levels?

Describe alternatives you've considered The DP0.2 documentation that provides an introduction to ObsTAP does say that 1 is raw, 2 is processed (calexps), and 3 are derived (difference images, deep coadds).
