Suggestion for RSP Docs page from Users Committee report #41

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not related to a problem, no. There was a request from the Users Committee (in their 22B report) to add a link to the DP0.2 Tutorials (this URL: https://dp0-2.lsst.io/tutorials-examples/index.html) to the RSP Documentation page(this URL: https://data.lsst.cloud/docs), because "some material is difficult to locate without multiple clicks."

Describe the solution you'd like I think either instead of or in addition to that, we could reword the blurb under "Data Preview 0.2 (DP0.2)" to be: "Click here to go to instructions for using the DP0-era RSP; descriptions of the DP0.2 data products; DP0.2 tutorials; and resources for DP0 delegates."

Describe alternatives you've considered The DP0.2 Tutorials are accessible in one click from dp0-2.lsst.io so doing nothing is an alternative we could consider.

Additional context Submitting here because this is a bit long for Slack and also not urgent.
