[BUG] Authentication Error on RSP

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I got an email saying that my account had been approved, but when I tried to log in, it told me that I'm not authorized. (see copied text below). I checked with Melissa Graham and she says "From what I can see your account looks to be set up in the system, and that your account is assigned to the user group. Can you report this error as a GitHub issue so that I can assign it to the people with the technical skills to help?"

I tried again today and I am now able to log in and access RSP.
