[BUG] 03_Image_Display_and_Manipulation #6

Describe the bug When I try to run the 3rd notebook in [https://github.com/rubin-dp0/tutorial-notebooks] on Cori, I get the following error: "TypeError: init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'collections'"

I am running the desc-stack kernel.

I figured it out, I was on Cori, not the IDF.
