portal chart icon visibility

Describe the bug Using the portal in dark mode, the Active chart Icons for "filter on the selected points" (funnel with plus sign) and "select the enclosed points" (checkmark) are not very visible due to their outline color (black).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'active chart in the portal'
2. Click on 'select'
3. Select a subset of data points
4. Icons for "filter on the selected points" (funnel with plus sign) and "select the enclosed points" (checkmark) appear but I couldn't see them until I hovered over them.

Expected behavior All of the icons to be easy to see while in dark mode

Thank you very much for this report. I've verified this and passed it on to the development team as a bug. We are still working through a few residual items from the recent introduction of dark mode.
