In Section 2.2, I feel like it would be helpful to be a bit more "pedagogical" in explaining what one might look for in each figure. It's easy to just skim past them if you don't know what the "takeaway" should be.

I pushed some changes to the notebook, including an explanation of "midPointTAI", changing the color definitions to use a dict instead of arrays, and adding labels to the last plot. (Plus some other minor edits.)

Overall I think it's good. As I said above, it might be nice to add more explanatory text, but it's fine to merge as it is now.
